An Iranian newspaper has reported the controversial story of a woman who claims to have given birth to a frog. The Iranian daily Etemaad says the creature is believed to have grown from larva to an adult frog inside her body."

This is a purely U.S. NGO. Searching for Canada even in the North American region brings up nothing.
However they do have overseas job openings for people with high-level journmalism credentials.
No entry-level work or internships that I can see.
